利多卡因凝胶治疗带状疱疹后神经痛临床疗效分析
Clinical Efficacy of Lidocaine Gel Ointment in the Treatment of Post Herpes Zoster Neuralgia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lidocaine gel ointment in the treatment of post herpes zoster neuralgia. Method 86 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases treated with diclofenac gel in control group and 43 cases treated with lidocaine gel ointment in treatment group,and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate (93. 02%) of the patients in the treatment group was significantly better than that (76. 74%) in the control group (P<0. 05);there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before the treatment (P>0. 05),while VAS scores (13. 5±14. 2),(18. 5±17. 1) and (20. 8±19) after the treatment 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks in the treatment group were significantly better than those (6. 8±12. 5),(7. 3±12. 4) and (8. 2±14. 3) in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion The effect of lidocaine gel ointment in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia is obvious,it is worthy of further research and clinical application.关键词
