摘要

Abstract

A strain, JH250-8, with high crude oil degradation rate was screened from petroleum-contaminated soil. To investigate the biosafety of petroleum degradation products of the strain,the effects of crude oil and oil degradation products on the growth states of Alfalfa and the luminous efficiency of photorhabdus were determined. Then their biotoxicities were used to evaluate the biosafety of oil degraded products. Results showed:1 ) The germination rate and chlorophyll content of Alfalfa were increased in the presence of oil degradation products of strain JH250-8,while the height and fresh weight were decreased;2 ) The biotoxicity of oil degradation products to photorhabdus was about quarter of crude oil;3 ) Microbial degradation products of petroleum possess lower biotoxicity,and the decrease of plant biomass might be associated with the soil compaction.
