复健片促进皮质脊髓束重塑的临床观察
Clinical observation of Fujian Tablet on promoting the corticospinal tract remodeling of patients with cerebral ischemic stroke

Abstract
Objective Based on diffusion tensor imaging (DTI)technology,to noninvasively evaluate the remodeling effect of Fujian Tablet on corticospinal tract of patients with cerebral ischemic stroke (CIS)by taking activities of daily living(ADL)score and Chinese stroke scale (CSS)score as the indi-cators,and to assess the significance of recovery of patients’motor function.Methods 60 cases accord-ing to the inclusive criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group (each n =30). All patients took conventional western medicine,in addition,those in treatment group took orally Fujian Tablet for 60 days.Before and after treatment,CSS score and ADL score were recorded,and the cortico-spinal tract was detected by using DTI.Then the correlation between data from DTI and CSS score were analyzed.Results Improvement of patients’activities in daily life,recovery of neurological damage in treatment group were superior to those in the control group (P <0.01).And after treatment,DTI data in the treatment group was much less than that before (P <0.01 ),the improvement showed significance compared with the control group (P <0.01).The positive correlation of CSS score and △FA was proved in both groups(P <0.01 ),with the correlation coefficient of the treatment group higher.Furthermore, no adverse effects were found in indicators of the routine blood test,liver function and kidney function. Conclusion Fujian Tablets could promote the remodeling of corticospinal tract and improve the motor function of CIS patients without increasing the risk of taking more drugs.关键词
