顶空气相色谱法测定琥珀酸索非利新原料药中残留溶剂含量
Determination of Residual Solvents in Raw Material Drug of Solifenacin Succinate by Head-space Gas Chromatography
摘要
Abstract
The paper is going to establish the head-space gas chromatography for the determination of resid-ual solvents of ethanol ,acetone ,ethyl acetate ,isopropyl ether ,dichloromethane ,toluene in raw material drug of solifenacin succinate .Agilent DB-624 capillary column is used ,with FID as detector and DMF as the solvent .The results show that linear responses are obtained for the 6 residual solvents in their respective concentration ranges (r=0.9997~0.9999 ,n=6 ) ,and the limits of detection are 0.147~0.871μg .The average recoveries are 98.64% ~101.79% (RSD=0.26% ~1.58% ,n=3 ) .The conclu-sion drawn from the paper is that the method is simple ,sensitive ,and accurate for the analysis and determi-nation of residual solvents in raw material drug of solifenacin succinate .关键词
