Abstract
The paper investigates the angiogenesis effects of Ginsenoside powder and Ginkgo Biloba Extract on the chick embryo choriallantoic membrane (CAM ) model .Fertilized chicken eggs are incubated and the CAM membrane is exposed to build a module on the 9th day .Twenty-eight surviving chick embryos are ran-domly divided into 4 groups:two groups with blank carrier compare ,one group with Ginsenoside powder’s solution ,and one group with Ginkgo Biloba Extract’s sensitive layer .After 3 days ,we observe and analyze the changes of vascular growth on the CAM embrane .The results show that as for the group with Ginsen-oside powder ,the number of blood vessels increases significantly ,but the diameter of blood vessels becomes thinner and the color becomes lighter .For the group with Ginkgo Biloba extract ,the number of blood vessels increases significantly and the color deepens .The conclusion drawn from the paper is that Ginsenoside pow-der can not only promote angiogenesis ,but also inhibit angiogenesis and its overall performance is sup-pressed .Ginkgo Biloba extract can significantly promote angiogenesis .关键词
