一种简易小鼠原代肝细胞分离方法

摘要
Abstract
The paper studies how to improve the separation method for mouse primary hepatocyte in order to obtain the mouse primary hepatocyte in the most simple and economic way .Retrograde infusion is done by using infusion needles through the inferior vena cava .Then ,the needles are fixed by long strip paperboard . In this way ,stable suspension of mouse primary hepatocyte can be obtained .As a result ,the success rate of the improved retrograde infusion is extremely high and the repetition is also excellent .The hepatocyte need-ed for experirnents can be obtained .The rate of trypan blue stain-resistance is more than 90% .This method is simple in operation ,low in cost and high in efficiency .关键词
