烛式悬架定位参数对车辆操纵稳定性的影响
Influence of Candle Suspension Alignment Parameters on Handling Stability
摘要
Abstract
A simulation model is made by using software AMESim which is characterized by its full hydrau-lic steering system of the mine truck with XCMG 170 candle suspension .Meanwhile ,the paper validates the correctness of the model .Through the joint simulation by using AMESim software and ADAMS software ,ve-hicle steady circular test ,double lane change test and steering wheel angle input test are all done .By changing the initial alignment parameters of front axle and by using the tests mentioned above ,vehicle han-dling performances are analyzed in simulation .Then ,the yaw velocity ,lateral acceleration and the curve changes of the vehicle roll angle are all obtained .The results show that increasing the toe-in value appropri-ately can reduce the performance of the whole steering return ability and traveling stability of the vehicle with candle suspension .This research can provide a reference for the model selection and design improve-ments for the mine truck of similar type .关键词
