Research on the Characteristics of Bell Mechanism in the 5 Axis Performance Test Platform of the Steering System
摘要
Abstract
The structure and performance characteristics of the 5 axis performance test bed of automobile steering system are described.A model of 5 axis performance test bed for automobile steering system is established and the interference collision of the model is checked in SolidWorks software.Then the Bell mechanism in the model is analyzed by the theory of mechanics and kinematics.We learned that the force transmitted by the Bell mechanism,only to change the direction of force and not change the size of the force.We also validate the transfer characteristics of the Bell mechanism by introducing the model into Adams.Therefore,it can be used as the simulation of the 2 and 3 axial force of the mechanism to load,measuring the force,moment and displacement of the rack.Finally,by comparing the rack force with the Adams simulation,it is found that the simulation data is basically consistent with the real vehicle data,which shows that the model can meet the basic requirements of the lateral force loading of the automobile steering system.关键词
