摘要

Abstract

In the process of a minibus development,the finite element model of front windshield is established.And it sets the horizontal distance between defrosting outlet’s center line and the lower edge of the windscreen,the angle of wind,the detail size of grille as design variables.The design goal is the speed of the front windshield to establish optimal models.A second order polynomial response surface is established based on response values that are calculated through 30 test array selected by Latin hypercube method.The approximate model is optimally calculated by multi-island genetic algorithm.It turned out that the defrosting performance after optimization calculation has been improved greatly compared to the previous.
