基于翼型内部结构的风力机叶片动力学特性有限元分析
Finite element analysis of the dynamic characteristics of wind turbine blades based on the internal structure of the airfoil

Abstract
Based on ANSYS Workbench software,the modal,stress and deformation analy-sis of wind turbine blade with single web and double web structure was carried out.The first six order vibration frequency,the stress nephogram and deformation of blade are ac-quired.The analysis results show that the first order vibration frequency of the single web structure is 4.052 7 Hz,and that of the double web structure is 4.048 6 Hz,and the natural frequency of the wind turbine blade with single web structure is a little bigger than that of the double web structure.Then under rotating speed,the first order vibration frequency of single web structure is increased by 0.164 4 Hz,the double web structure is increased by 0. 1629 Hz,and the variation law of the vibration frequency of wind turbine blade with single and double web is very small.Besides,under the same load,the maximum stresses of the single web structure and double web structure were 127.77 MPa and 124.21 MPa,the tip deflection of the single web structure and double web structure were 378.16 mm and 347.54 mm, it is found the mechanical properties of the double web wing structure wind turbine blade is stronger than that of the single web wing structure through the stress analysis.关键词
