摘要

Abstract

In order to achieve the sensorless control of surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor (SMPMSM) drive system or fault-tolerant operation under the fault position sensor, the paper first introduced the acquisition method of rotor position and speed of SMPMSM drives system based on differential algebraic, then discuss the influence of inverter dead time effect on the rotor position estimation precision, give the inverter deadtime compensation scheme based on the ripple current calculation, put forward a sensorless control scheme of SMPMSM drive system based on differential algebraic integrated inverter deadtime compensation, and establish sensorless SMPMSM drives system. The reasonable and effectiveness of proposed sensorless SMPMSM drives system are validated through system modeling, simulation researches and experimental testing.
