摘要

Abstract

Quality service is the important embodiment of the management of the electric power enterprise. How to enhance the level of quality service has always been one of the company’s marketing management issues. The new era of‘Internet + power marketing’for service quality puts forward higher request, in order to take the initiative to meet the needs of the mobile Internet era all⁃weather service response, service customers, market oriented, placement, to listen to the needs of customers on the basis of large data processing, in order to reflect the human nature, comfortable as auxiliary. So we create an organic whole‘little smart E’virtual robot, which is high⁃quality good service team to ensure, to create a more interesting and intelligent, practical status in response to the new situation of electric power marketing service situation which shows good plasticity and extensibility, from traditional electric power marketing to promote the company‘Internet + power mar⁃keting’transformation. It adapts to the requirement of mobile Inter⁃net era all⁃weather demand response services, achieves‘all⁃round, all⁃weather’accurate service, satisfys customers personalized re⁃quirements, increases the viscosity of existing customers and loyalty.
