摘要

Abstract

The islands along china’s coastal development ac⁃celerate under the promotion of“The Belt and Road”strategy, so need higher island power supply services. The Remote operated ve⁃hicle technology which is independent developed by ZheJiang elec⁃tric power company just aimed at the rapidly repair solution of sub⁃marine cable—the island power supply lifeline. The innovation of this technology is changing the traditional mode of submarine cable repair operation which is relied on the delivers.It is successful com⁃pression repair duration of 25 days to 7 days, save rapidly repair time, greatly improve the quality of power supply service of the is⁃land, enhance the service capacity of power supply satisfaction.
