Abstract
To adapt to the market competition and customer demand variation trend and conform to the new trends of customer preference of modern times, the new technology and method“Large, cloud, things, transfer”are APP lied to improve e⁃chan⁃nels, on⁃spot mobile service and other links. The integration of ser⁃vice resources and innovation of serving measures become the pri⁃orities to build a fresh new mode of installation service for O2O electricity customers by the combination of online and offline inter⁃actions on the basis of the Internet. This contributes to the conve⁃nience as well as more effective service for customers.关键词
