Local Electricity Market Model Considering Reserve Service Provided by Electric Vehicles
摘要
Abstract
A local electricity market model enables energy to be exchanged between distributed renewable energy sources DRESs and local consumers.With the popularity of electric vehicles and the maturity of vehicle to grid V2G technology a market based method is proposed for electric vehicles to participate in the local transaction of spinning reserve so as to reduce the power instability from generation side and power user side which should take responsibility of the instability and purchase reserve to make more profit and meet the requirement of stability and security.By taking photovoltaic PV power generation as an example a PV output probability prediction model is established and it is proved that PV power generation companies can obtain more profits by purchasing the V2G reserve and the effect of the PV output instability on the system is reduced. Numerical example also shows that the power system operation center can determine reserve quantity of local power system by adj usting the penalty coefficient so as to control the error of system power.关键词
