Abstract
In this article, the history of bridge engineering is discussed by through three dimensions, includ-ing bridge, history and philosophy. With the help of critical thinking and profound consideration, the following questions has been tried to answer, which are: “What is the history of bridge engineering?”, “Why we should study the history of bridge engineering?”, “What subjects we should study?”, and “Who should do the research and how to do the research?” and so on.关键词
