Abstract
Ningbo Zhoushan port is taken as an example to put forward the classification standards and the guiding development rules of port coastline resources, discuss the accesses to the improvement of resource use efficiency use and the optimum collocation of shoreline resources. The research results will serve as a reference for the division of coastline approval powers between China central and local governments as well as the orientation of investment by China central government.关键词
