Abstract
Objective: To comprehend the current status of family support level, life quality and self-image in patients with prostate cancer, and to analyze the correlation of those three aspects.Methods: Ninety-six cases of prostate cancer were selected from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital with random number table method. Investigate the family support level, life quality and self-image with questionnaire survey method, and analyze the correlation of family support level, life quality and self-image with Spearman correlation test.Results: hTe score of family support was 8.552±3.040, which at the middle level, while the score of life quality was 172.72±28.52, and the score of self-image was 6.54±4.25. In the dimension of family support level and life quality, the scores of the overall life quality, health and function, life satisfaction, self-concept were positively correlated, while negatively correlated with self-image, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: The family support of prostate cancer was at the middle level, which was closely related to life quality and self-image. Clinical care workers should take comprehensive measures to improve the patient's family support level, thereby, improve the life quality and self-image.关键词
