Abstract
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of clinical distribution and trend of drug resistance ofAcinetobacter baumannii isolated in the Affliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from 2013 to 2015, and to provide the reference for clinical rational using of antimicrobial agents.Methods: All the data ofAcinetobacter baumannii isolated in the Affliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University between 2013 and 2015 were collected for statistical analysis.Results: A total of 1 664 isolates ofAcinetobacter baumannii were collected from 2013 to 2015, and the department of ICU provides the highest rate with 58.2%. hTe antibiotic resistance of clinical isolatedAcinetobacter baumannii was very serious, the drug-resistance rate of carbapenem reached up to over 73.0%. And the resistance rates of other lactam and cephalosporins were maintained at 70.0%~80.0%.Conclusion:The infection of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from the ICU was the most serious. hTe clinical isolates are commonly resistant to all kinds of antimicrobial agents, monitoring the resistance ofAcinetobacter baumannii should be strengthened so as to improve the clinical treatment of infectious diseases.关键词
