218例儿科经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管置管相关并发症分析及预防处理对策
The research of peripherally inserted central catheter-related complications in 218 pediatric patients and nursing countermeasures

Abstract
Objective: To explore the common peripherally inserted central venous catheter (PICC)-related complications in the pediatric patients and put forward preventions and management of complications so as to reduce the incidence of the complications.Methods: The clinical data of 218 cases of pediatric patients who received the venous transfusion with the PICC catheter technique were investigated, the related complications were analyzed, and the preventions and management of complications were summarized.Results: All of the 218 pediatric patients were catheterized successfully, and atfer the catheterization, there were 39 cases with complications (12 cases with two or more complications); 18 cases with phlebitis, 12 cases with no planed drawing, 7 cases with catheter dritf,6 cases with catheter displacement, and 5 cases with catheter related blood stream infection.Conclusion:hTe mature PICC catheterization system and preventions can effectively reduce the incidence of PICC-related complications and correct management of complications can positively treat complications, prolong the maintain time of insertion.关键词
