摘要

Abstract

The improvement on supporting structure has big implications for precision enhancement of combing machine. Firstly, CAD and CAE models of the supporting structure are established. Based on the Finite Element Method, dynamic investigations are performed to obtain the static responses. Further, an improved scheme for strengthened slab is put forward for comparison with previous scheme. The results show that the natural frequencies generally increase up to 30%, which effectively solves the obvious vibration and noise after acceleration of combing machine, promoting the development of research work on new textile machinery.
