Abstract
Protection system for some special steam turbines still has great potential for improvement. A steam turbine with rotating separator manufactured by Shanghai Steam Turbine Plant is taken as an example for analysis on its protection mechanism of steam bleeding system, proposal of optimization strategy on protection option on its main body, and damage prevention on its flow part, which are all on the basis of its operation procedure. Related research shows that, such a steam turbine is stable and reliable on its controlling process, and has corresponding protection measures for environments such as high pressure, low pressure and high temperature; protection optimization on vibration, axial displacement, and differential expansion of the main body of steam turbine helps to improve the operation quality; the flow part of steam turbine is complex in the regulating control system and protection system, making it prone to damage and corresponding prevention should be paid attention to. Related strategies can provide technical support for the development of the same type of unit.关键词
