Abstract
Stamping part of U-shape welding plate is complex in shape, and has the characteristics of long drawing distance and material flow non uniformity. Drawing forming model of U-shape welding plate is established using Dynaform software, and corresponding numerical simulation is carried out to propose scheme design. The results show that, selection of modeling schemes such as stepped blank holder and convex model can improve the forming quality. The welding seam model has little effect on the simulation precision, which can be simplified as rigid nodes, improving the efficiency. The above thoughts are also helpful for seeking solutions to other similar production issues.关键词
