摘要

Abstract

Combustion control strategies of Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) boiler are put forward from the aspects of temperature, air volume, inlet coal quality, material return amount and pollutant emission concentration combined with the practice on boiler operation. The analysis shows that: the material bed temperature should be controlled at 850 to 900℃, and the material recycle temperature should be 20 to 30℃higher; the ratio of primary and secondary volume maintained at 5:5 or 6:4 is preferred; it is not conducive to the normal operation of the boiler if the particle size of pulverized coal is too large or too small; amount control on recycled material is helpful to optimize the load of boiler and the efficiency of separator; multi-parameter adjustment on the boiler can effectively achieve control on NOx and SO2 emissions. The above strategies comprehensively consider the factors such as security, stability, environmental protection, economic and energy saving, providing an important reference for the CFB boiler operation in relevant industry fields.
