Abstract
Many enterprises ignore the management and maintenance of mechanical equipment in the excess pursuit of economic benefits, resulting in multi-aspect hidden dangers. As per the principles and essences of the management and maintenance of mechanical equipment, the status quo is pointed out, and corresponding countermeasures are put forward. Leaders in enterprises should lead all the staff to improve the awareness of management and maintenance, as well as establish and improve the spot checking management principle, and carry out a three-adherence principle which adheres to person, machine and position, ultimately for a comprehensive optimization level for management and maintenance of mechanical equipment. The above countermeasures will bring more economic benefits for the enterprise, and create greater social benefits for China, with a profound strategic significance.关键词
