Abstract
According to the development status of standards of repair of military aviation equipment, ways of constructing the corresponding standardization system are put forward, and especially, the principles of personnel planning are highlighted. Research shows that, the comprehensive evaluation is necessary for establishing such a system, striving to be comprehensive, reasonable, appropriate and complete. Core of “repair” should always be grasped, letting the repair personnel achieve sublimation and accumulation in practice, for the ultimate contribution for the national military aviation safety.关键词
