摘要
Abstract
Carbon fibre reinforced polymer (CFRP) has excellent performance and promising application prospects in automotive field. Firstly, the stiffness, flexibility and anisotropy are taken as typical examples to illustrate the performance of CFRP, and the preparation technology of CFRP is discussed from two methods namely vacuum assisted molding and autoclave molding. Secondly, the application of CFRP in automobile is discussed from an example of monocoque, to grasp its application status and technical difficulties through a macro view. The analyses show that CFRP contributes to the lightweight of automobile, the promotion on energy conservation, and the reduction on fuel consumption; extension of monocoque to civil automobiles is subject to bottlenecks of safety, comfort, and adaptability on smart devices, which is eager for technological innovation and capital investment. The application of CFRP by means of monocoque will trend to promote the second technological innovation in the history of the automobile.关键词
