摘要

Abstract

To research the corrosion resistance of environment-friendly passive solutions, tannic acid powder, a flu-oro titanic acid solution, and colloidal silica were used to prepare a passive film on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, over a pH range of 2~7, and at different temperatures ( 0~100 ℃) . The interface connectivity, microstructure, and corrosion resistance of the passive film were revealed by Fourier infrared spectrometry, scanning electron mi-croscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and an electrochemical workstation. The results show that at the optimum sintering temperature of 100℃, the film thickness was 620 mg/m2, the corrosion potential Ecorr was 184 mV, and the polarization resistance Rp was 2.13×106Ω·cm-2. This shows that the corrosion resistance of environment-friendly passive hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet is optimum at this temperature.
