Abstract
objective To analyze the curative effect of the application of the non-class of the hydrochloric acid in the treatment of coronary heart disease,and to provide the basis for clinical.Methods 120 cases of coronary heart disease in the hospital from August 2015 to June 2016 were selected.According to the different treatment measures,the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,the observation group was treated with the combination of the two groups,the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);Two groups of patients with preoperative pain score difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05);The postoperative pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional therapy, the effect of combined use of hydrochloric acid in the treatment of coronary heart disease is ideal.It can accelerate the recovery of patients,reduce the pain after operation,the incidence of complications is low,it is worth popularizing in clinic.关键词
