摘要
Abstract
objective To explore the clinical curative effect of low dose erythromycin in neonatal vomiting,feeding intoler-ance.Methods Select 40 cases neonatal vomiting patient from 2015.1-2016.1,neonates were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of children with 20 cases,control group using conventional treatment,the treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment,low dose of erythromycin (3mg/kg.d),slow drip infusion pump,3-5d.Results The treatment group was obviously better than control group,the total effective rate was 95%,control group total effective rate 65%,the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose of erythromycin treatment of neonatal vomiting,feeding intolerance cura-tive effect is distinct,no adverse reactions,worthy of clinical treatment of a wide range of applications.关键词
