Abstract
Objective To explore the locking plate internal fixation on the treatment of femoral condyle(LISS)between condyle fracture in patients with clinical effect.Methods 94 cases of femoral condyle epicondyle fracture between patients random-ly divided into two groups by the digital meter method,47 cases were given dynamic condyle screw plate(Dynamie Hip Serew,DHS) internal fixation treatment;Observation group of 47 cases of LISS fixation treatment,and compare the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients.Results After the follow-up of 6~12 months,the average(9.5+2.8)months.After treatment in both groups were no Nerve injury(Nerve damage),Vascular injury(Vascular injury)and knee inside(outside)battery shape,loosening of internal fixation (fracture),and other complications.Observation group of total yield of 95.74% were significantly higher than that of control group 78.72%(χ2=6.1138,P<0.05).Conclusion Locking plate internal fixation on the treatment of femoral condyle(LISS)between condyle fracture curative effect,less intraoperative blood supply failure,small trauma,fewer complications,safe,reliable,has reliable mechanical stability,fracture healing is relatively satisfied,early functional training is an important guarantee of the knee joint func-tion recovery,LISS is treatment on condyle femoral condyle fracture is the most ideal method.关键词
