新生儿脐静脉插管定位方法的对比分析研究

摘要
Abstract
objective To explore the ultrasound guided by the umbilical vein intubation technique(umbilical vessel catheteri-zation,UVC)locating method in neonatal clinical effect.Methods 98 cases of neonatal umbilical vein intubation for the table ac-cording to the figures were randomly divided into two groups,49 cases were given routine X-ray positioning;Observation group of 49 patients with UVC guided by ultrasound,and compare the effect of two groups of catheter,post-traumatic inflammation reaction de-gree,the complication rate of intubation.Results The one-time success rate of intubation was 100.00% observation group was ob-viously higher than that of control group 77.55%(χ2=12.3908,P<0.05);And intubation lien time is longer than the control group (11.38±1.41)d (9.52±1.23),d (t=7.835,P<0.05),the observation group in serum CRP,TNF alpha,IL-6 and IL-8 levels are lower than the control group (P<0.05),the observation group intubation complications was 4.08% and significantly lower than the control group 18.37%(χ2=5.0178,P<0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of ultrasound umbilical vein tube insertion.we higher success rate of catheter,cannula indwelling time longer,trauma caused by the inflammatory response is very light,complication rate is very low,is worth the clinical promoted application.关键词
