Abstract
objective To investigate the compound lidocaine cream combined with a halogen betamethasone cream for the treatment of itching of the skin effect.Methods 134 cases of itchy skin diseases in accordance with the random number table divid-ed into two groups,the control group 67 cases given Halometasone Cream treatment;observation group,67 cases in the control group based on the use of compound lidocaine cream treatment,and comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results There were 2 and 4 weeks after treatment with this group before treatment differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),and 4 weeks post-treatment observation group of symptoms and signs are the integral (2.05±1.08)points,(0.08 ± 0.07)scores were significantly lower than the control group (3.79±2.13)points,(1.25±0.58)points (t=1.354,t=2.816,P<0.05),the observation group total effective was 95.52%significantly higher 79.10%in the control group (X2=8.1518,P<0.05).Conclusion Compound lidocaine cream com-bined with a halogen betamethasone cream for the treatment of itching of the skin,no side effects,safe,reliable and effective,is an ideal method of treatment.关键词
