摘要
Abstract
objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography for acute appendicitis.Methods We retrospectively from January 2013 to January 2015 clinical data of 276 cases of acute appendicitis were retrospectively analyzed ultrasound diagno-sis of acute appendicitis in patients with accuracy.Results The ultrasound image features typical of acute appendicitis:1.direct signs:swollen appendix was sausage-like roots connected with the cecum,the end was blind-side,double-minor ring;right lower quadrant is not homogeneous liquid mass.2.Indirect signs:cecum and terminal ileum lumen expansion,wall thickening,terminal ileum motility increased,partial intestinal clearance effusion,right lower abdominal lymph nodes,right lower quadrant irregular mixed mass.Conclusion B-ultrasound diagnosis of acute appendicitis higher accuracy rate,worthy of clinical application.关键词
