Abstract
objective To evaluate the clinical value of DWI in benign and malignant prostate nodules by quantitative analysis of B value of prostate nodules.Methods Retrospective analysis of the surgery and pathology of 34 patients with prostate nodules of conventional MRI and DWI findings were measured in B value table of benign and malignant nodules under the condition of appar-ent diffusion coefficient (ADC),and to discuss the application value of different b values.Results Among the 36 cases,25 cases were benign and 11 were malignant.The difference of ADC value between benign and malignant groups was statistically significant (P<0.05)when the b value was(200,400,600,800,1000s/mm2).Conclusion Prostate benign nodules of ADC value is higher than that of malignant nodules,in B value diffusion weighted imaging,especially the b value take 800 s/mm2,the effectiveness of differen-tial diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules,with the highest help on the judgment and identification of prostate nodules,preoper-ative diagnosis staging,postoperative treatment scheme design formulation,have a very important significance.关键词
