摘要
Abstract
Objective Observation of sacral block combined with acupotomy lysis of intervertebral foramen in the mouth of the clinical effect of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Select 70 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients,randomly divided into treatment group of 35 cases,Observation group of 35 cases;The treatment group of acupotomy combined with interver-tebral Kong Song solution during the pipe for sacral block,1 times a week,1 weeks for 1 courses,a total of 3 courses of treatment. Observation group with Acupuncture plus massage.Results The cure rate of the two groups were 97.1%(34 cases)and 82.6%(29 cases)in 1 years.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sacral block combined knife disc Kong Song solu-tion is one of the methods for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is effective.关键词
