Abstract
Objective To investigate anorectal anorectal postoperative clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumiga-tion washing and nursing.Methods 98 cases of anorectal anorectal surgery patients in accordance with the digital table method were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(49 cases)give routine treatment and treated by operation from the 2nd day after bath with 1:5000 high Meng acid potassium(KMnO4)bath solution of early,late each 1 times/D;observation group(49 cases)in the conventional treatment based on the use of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment and and nursing methods and clin-ical effect were compared between the two groups.Results in the observation group,the total efficiency rate was 97.96% and sig-nificantly higher than the control group of 81.63%(χ2=7.1273,P<0.05)were observed in groups of patients with postoperative inci-sion pain lasting time,edema subsided time,wound exudate disappeared time and wound healing time were significantly short than that of the control group (all P<0.05).Conclusion Anorectal anorectal postoperative patients with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing and nursing care of patients,obvious curative effect,can effectively shorten the time of incision pain,promote the extinction of edema,promote wound healing and decrease the wound secretions,so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
