Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Holistic mode(HHEM)in the management of diabetes mellitus(Di-abetes,DM)in the whole course health education model (Health Education).Methods 158 cases in the hospital long-term treat-ment of DM patients according to the digital table method were randomly divided into two groups,control group of 79 patients who received traditional health education;observation group (79 cases)in the control group based on the implementation of HHEM.The clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,levels of blood glucose control and diabetes related knowledge rate were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05),the rate of patients' satisfaction and self management observation were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course health education model can effectively improve the quality of nursing and improve the patient's satisfaction,and it is worth to be popular-ized and applied in clinical practice in the treatment of DM.关键词
