Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of drugs combined with manipulative reduction for the treatment of various types of otolith in patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.Methods A total of 774 cases with otolith positional vertigo patients in our hospital from September 1,2013 to August 31,2015 were selected,all patients were randomly divided into drug group(N=385)and combined group(N=389)according to the order of admission.The drug group only received drug treatment of otolith disorders,including betahistine,Sibeline capsule and microcirculation drugs,the combination group was performed Epley and Barbecue manipulative reduction on the basis of drug treatment.The clinical effect of two groups of patients for 1 weeks,1 months and the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared.Results 1 weeks,1 months after treatment,the combina-tion group’s effective rate was 93.2%and 93.7%,significantly higher than the drug group 87.3%and 82.9%,the difference was sta-tistically significant,P<0.05.The combined treatment group otolith disease recurrence rate was 8.4% after 1 month,significantly low-er than the drug group’s recurrence rate was 17.6%,the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion According to the different types of otolith disorders using drugs combined with manipulative reduction has better clinical efficacy and less adverse reaction.It is safe and effective,worthy of clinical use.关键词
