Abstract

Abts ract: In order to investigate the influence of drought stress on the PSⅡ of double cropping super late rice, we used OS30P+modulated chlorophyll fluorometer to measure the leaf chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of late rice under drought stress for different continuous days .The results showed that:15-d drought stress had no significant influence on the chlorophyll fluores-cence parameters of super late rice;after 20-d drought stress, the DI0/RC andψO of super late rice increased significantly, while theφPO, RC /CS and VJ decreased significantly;after 30 day’s drought stress, the ABS/RC, TR0/RC, DI0/RCand VJ of late rice all increased significantly, while theφPO,ψO andφEO all reduced significantly.The above results indicated that the PSⅡof doub-le cropping super late rice began to be effected significantly by drought stress when its duration increased to 20 days.
