摘要

Abstract

In order to screen effective fungicides against Fusarium oxysporum from Nelumbo nucifera, the inhibitory activity of 11 fungicides and the toxicity of 9 fungicides against F.oxysporum were tested by measuring the mycelial growth rate. Results showed that 10 fungicides had significant effects on mycelia growth in the test concentration range, but quicklime+sulphur (60+3) had no obvious effect. Results also showed that fludioxonil, flusilazole, prochloraz and difenoconazole had strong inhibitory effects on the pathogen,and the value of EC50 were 0.03, 0.02, 0.80 and 1.44μg/mL, respectively;chlorothalonil, azoxystrobin and ethylicinhad relatively had secondly strong inhibitory effects, and the values of EC50 were 6.14, 7.86 and 8.97 μg/mL, respectively;while mancozeb and hymexazol had low inhibitory effects, and the values of EC50 were 20.47 and 25.61μg/mL, respectively.
