综合医院保健医疗从业人员的培训现况分析
Analysis on the training of cadre health practitioners in a general hospital
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the training situation and existing problems of the cadre health practition-ers.Method 1 23 cadre health practitioners in a general hospital in Beijing were investigated by random sampling.The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis,and rank sum test and other methods were applied.Results The training rate was 95.1 %,the satisfactionfor trainingfrequencies and content were 73.1 % and 78.1 %,respectively.Conclusion There is a lack in the training of Cadre health practitioners,which have obvious difference in positions.It is needed to further adjust the training content according to the needs to enhance the professional service level of cadre1 health practi-tioners.关键词
