慢性荨麻疹患者外周血中 CD8＋CD28－T 细胞检测结果分析
Analysis of CD8 +CD28 -T Cell in Peripheral Blood from Patients with Chronic Urticaria

Abstract
Objective:To explore the possible pathogenic mechanisms of CD 8 +CD28 -T cells in patients with chronic urticaria ( CU) .Methods:The levels of serum anti-IgE antibody and anti-FcεRⅠantibody were measured by ELISA and the population of CD 3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD8 +CD28 -and CD4 +CD25 +T cells in peripheral blood was detected by flow cytometry in 83 patients with CU and 64 healthy controls.Results:Of the 83 patients with CU, 23 (27.7%) was positive for anti-IgE antibody and 31 ( 37.3%) was positive for anti-FcεRⅠantibody .The percentage of CD8 +and CD8 +CD28 -T cells in peripheral blood of patients with CU was lower than those in healthy controls (P<0.05).The proportion of CD4 +/CD8 +and CD4 +CD25 +T cells in patients with CU was higher as compared to those in healthy controls (P<0.05).Conclusion:The abnor-mal proportion of CD8 +CD28 -and CD4 +CD25 +T cells in peripheral blood of patients with CU may be involved in the pathogenesis underlying CU .关键词
