2009－2014年广州市三期梅毒病例报告情况与分析
Analysis on the Reports of the Tertiary Syphilis in Guangzhou during 2009 to 2014

Abstract
Objective:To understand the epidemiological characteristics of the tertiary syphilis reported in Guangzhou , and to provide the basis for the quality evaluation of the tertiary syphilis in the future .Methods:The data of the tertiary syphilis reported in Guangzhou since 2009 to 2014 was collected , then the results were examined and verified .SPSS was used for statistical analysis . Results:In this survey , 1 099 cases of tertiary syphilis were enrolled , the accuracy rate was 28.57%( 314/1099 ) .The Logistic regression analysis showed that the gender , venereal history , the types of medical institutions and department were correlated to the accuracy of the tertiary of syphilis.Comparing with other departments for reference , department of orthopedics , dermatology and cardiovascular have a higher accuracy , OR (95%CI) =0.912 (0.841,0.988).Compared with other hospitals for reference , general hospital has a higher accuracy , OR (95%CI) =1.894 (1.465,2.449).Patient with venereal history got higher accuracy , OR (95%CI) =1.830 (1.091,3.072).Conclusion:The accuracy of the report of the tertiary syphilis in Guangzhou is low, and it may not present the real tertiary syphilis situation in Guangzhou .关键词
