The Fundamental Study of Enterprise Transformation Acceleration-Based on Adaptability and Matching on ESC of Lenovo Group
摘要
Abstract
As the strategic demand of accelerating the transformation of economic growth mode keeps growing, research of enterprise transformation acceleration is the trend of the times.This paper is a fundamental study in this regard,which introduces strategy adaptability by analyzing the crisis of Lenovo Group.The findings suggest that the nature of the crisis is actually a strategic management crisis that occurrs during the transformation process of the firm.The paper then identifies a few weaknesses of the economic development theory and puts forward new multipli-er theory hypotheses.This study combines the Keynesian model with the Schumpeter theory of economic develop-ment and provides a theoretical reference for the acceleration of Chinese enterprise transformation.关键词
