引药米酒对瓜蒌薤白中3，29-二苯甲酰基栝楼仁三醇血浆蛋白结合率的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of rice wine as cites drug on the plasma protein binding rate of 3,29-dibenzoyl-karounitriol in Gualou-Xiebai.Methods The plasma protein binding rate of 3,29-dibenzoyl-karounitriol(mass concentrations were 0.8,1.6,3.2 μg·mL-1 )in Gualou-Xiebai rice wine solution and aqueous solution were determined by equilibrium dialysis method,and the concentration of 3,29-dibenzoyl-karounitriol was assayed by HPLC.HPLC conditions:ODS-A YMC-Pack column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),methanol water(93: 7)as mobile phase,DAD detector,detection wavelength was 231 nm.ResuIts The plasma protein binding rate of 3,29-dibenzoyl-karounitriol in Gualou-Xiebai rice wine solution and aqueous solution was higher with no species difference and mass concentration dependence.ConcIusion Rice wine as cites drug had no effect on the plasma protein binding rate of 3,29-dibenzoyl karounitriol in Gualou-Xiebai.关键词
