清瘟败毒饮治疗急性腹膜炎的动物实验研究
ExperimentaI study of Qingwen Baiduyin for the treatment of acute peritonitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutically effects of Qingwen Baiduyin on acute peritonitis and sepsis caused by gastrointestinal perforation.Methods 60 adult SD rats were randomly divided into four groups,including control,CLP group,Qingwen Baiduyin low and high dose group.After the treatment of Qingwen Baiduyin for indicated time, WBC and temperature were observed;CRP,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-a were detected with ELISA,respectively.ResuIts Compare with CLP group,Qingwen Baiduyin significantly decreased WBC and temperature in experimental rats(P﹤0.05), and as well as the level of TNF-α and IL-8(P﹤0.05),however notably increased the level of IL-10(P﹤0.05).Compare with control group,the level of CRP increased significantly in CLP group,however CRP was shown on downward trend after the treatment with Qingwen Baiduyin.ConcIusion Qingwen Baiduyin had a good anti-inflammatory effect on acute perito-nitis and sepsis.关键词
