摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the differences among volatile components of Polygonati Rhizoma from different produ-cing areas.Methods Solid - phase microextraction - gas chromatography - mass spectrometry( SPME - GC - MS)was conducted tomake comparative analysis of volatile components of Polygonati Rhizoma from Fujian,Guizhou and Henan,so as to explore the origin of the impact on volatile components of Polygonati Rhizoma.ResuIts In Fujian 31 volatile chemical components were identified,in Henan 35 volatile components were identified,in Guizhou 33 volatile components were identi-fied.Among these,some components were the same in three areas,while others were different. ConcIusion In different places the volatile components of Polygonati Rhizoma were quite different,and this paper provided a scientific basis for its effective use.关键词
