摘要
Abstract
APOBEC3B is one member of APOBEC which is transcriptionally induced by proinflammatory cytokine and chemokine.APOBEC3B can mutate the foreign genomes(or the host Ig genes),and it plays important roles in the inherent and adaptive immunities of human organism.Furthermore,APOBCE3B can facilitate the generation of cancer-promoting viral mutants.The studies indicated that APOBEC3B is upregulated in a variety of tumor tissues,and APOBEC3B also can induce somatic mutation.So APOBEC3B plays a central role in cancer development.关键词
