Adverse reactions and rationaI use of acetaminophen containing drugs
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the adverse reactions and clinical applications induced by acetaminophen drugs to improve the rationality of clinical drug use.Methods 27 cases of adverse drug reactions induced by acetaminophen in our hospital during the past 5 years,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed to investigate the types of adverse reaction and influence factors and clinical irrational application by summarizing the content of acetaminophen drugs and their content.ResuIts 69 kinds of drug containing acetaminophen,the main adverse reactions involved in the digestive system, respiratory system,urinary system,blood system,allergic reaction,etc.Clinical application of cold medicine containing acet-aminophen was more common.Serious adverse reactions accounted for a higher proportion in 27 cases of adverse reactions collected from our hospital,accounting for 88.89%;There were more cases of respiratory tract infection,16 cases,accounting for 59.26%.ConcIusion With a wide range of acetaminophen drugs,clinical irrational use of the phenomenon should be caused by a high degree of attention,increasing publicity and training efforts to minimize the occurrence of drug damage.关键词
